The Mass Save HEAT Loan is available to customers actively participating in the Mass Save Program. All applicants must be home owners or business owners. A current residential electric account is required. Qualifying energy-efficient improvements outlined within the HEAT Loan guidelines are available for financing. Financing is based on loan approval.
