Our Overall Service

Quick & effective diagnosis in 1st annual inspection call, then once Pivotal sent Green Mechanical work order/claim#, I was called & offered 1st available appt -- I chose appt few days later so we could have Terry who found & explained cause of our problem - 2nd visit (W/assist. -?Tyler) he replaced a part, drained the furnace and checked it was working again as it should-- all done efficiently & carefully

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

Terry came to do annual inspection, I described problem we'd had since last yr's inspection by a different Pivotal sub-contractor(loud knocking noises each time furnace came on)He found the problem immediately & showed me source of problem & explained it clearly(a part had been loosened in previous inspection by another contractor & left that way without addressing the problem of knocking, as furnace was used in past winter damage was done) and came back as soon as Pivotal authorized repair

Our Service Work

We haven't yet used the furnace since repair done(been warm Sept week), but Terry had me raise thermostats briefly to 80 degrees toward end of service & there was no knocking noise as heat came on.

The Cleanup Process

Left the small furnace room as tidy as it was to begin with and closed & re-secured bulkhead doors carefully
