    Your proposals were thoughtful- offered three price points for us to choose from. You offered support on completing the Mass Save Loan paperwork and rebates. When I first called to "begin the conversation" about Mass Save (ac, furnace, water heater), I was impressed that a person picked up the phone right away, answered my questions, spent time explaining the process to me. From start to finish, we were so impressed with everything. Truly, you have spent tremendous time and effort building a company the facilitates communication and thorough work production.
